Bursztynowy Dom is a building of varying heights, from three to five stories, with two staircases and elevators. The ground floor features a monitored multi-car garage with two entrances. Next to the building is a children’s playground and a green square with benches, and at the entrance, there is a parking lot with designated parking spaces for residents. The entire development is fenced and monitored, with additional security provided by a remote-controlled gate and an intercom system.
