The residential estate is located approximately 10 km from the centre of Kraków, and is situated on a hill with a beautiful view in the region of the Skała Kmity nature preserve. It is surrounded by new single-family homes. The estate’s location allows for easy access to neighbouring shops and markets, a preschool, an elementary school and middle school with a communal swimming pool, and a health centre in Zabierzów. The town also has attractive offers for lovers of tennis and horseback riding. The estate’s location also allows for easy access to the centre of Kraków and the airport in Balice. Modern supermarkets (i.e. Witek Centre, Leroy Merlin, IKEA and Macro Cash & Carry) can be found within a few kilometres. The project currently consists of 8 semi-detached homes and 4 terraced houses (with a target of 14 houses). The buildings are distinguished by modern architecture, original facades as well as adapting the project to the natural conditions of the terrain being used. The entire estate is fenced in with a gate opened by remote control or the video call station by the gate.
The functional and modern houses, each of which measures 126.75 m2, have two residential storeys. On the ground floor is a living room with a kitchen, office and bathroom, and on the first floor two bedrooms, a dressing room and a bathroom. The open garage below the house has space for 2 cars. The terraces are a major attraction for this project: on the ground floor, the terrace can be accessed from the living room from the southern side (an area of almost 20 m2) and from the first floor from both bedrooms (an area of 16 m2).
